I knew sam for a short time in the hospital. I was one of the few who was blessed? to take care of him and his family. He was such a sweet, smiling, hopeful, and selfless person. I particularly remember one day when he was feeling a bit upbeat and did a little dance in his hospital bed for the video camera. It was a good day. He was a very inspirational young man, and I am blessed to have known him. Truly, a son of God.

I’m so glad this video was posted..? I only knew him a very short time, and not all that well, but he really was such a positive person, and was able to fine the good in any situation. Absolutely an inspiration to everyone, and is truly missed by all!

I knew Sam and everything his Father said about him is true.? He had an amazing heart and the endless ability to find the possitve in everything. I think of him and it really makes me stop and think how blessed we are to have this life.
    He is missed…
